Physicochemistry

The main purpose of physical-chemical studies is to respond to French and European regulations (biocides, REACH, CLP, SDS, etc.) or R&D needs for products.

Upon your request, we can perform physical-chemical studies for biocides, detergents, or industrial chemicals in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices as spelled out in Annex II of Article D523-8 of the French Environmental Code.

Determination of pH:

• OECD 122: Determination of pH for an aqueous solution or dispersion (1%) using a pH meter.

We can perform this test for products with pHs between 4 and 10.

Determination of the density of a liquid:

• OECD 109: Determination of the density of a solution using a pycnometer.

We can perform this test for products presenting a maximum viscosity of 500 Pa·s.
